Payment Policy:

Mail payments to 27 Aqua Vitae Road,Hadley MA 01035. Credit card payments can be made by calling 413-323-0001.

Payments must be made on the first of the month. If a payment is more than seven (7) days late, a late fee of $10 is incurred. Late fees may be waived at the discretion of the owner or manager in charge.

Cold Spring Self-Storage will never ask for your credit card information by email. All credit card information will be taken by phone call or regular mail.
